Feature :: Fins on the Hoof

What an excellent play on words and even more excellent food. Fins on the Hoof is a San Francisco-based “gastrotruck” that draws from the land and the sea, from the below pictured pork cheek baguette to slow roasted salmon tacos and clam chowder fries (you heard me right) . The pork cheek baguette was out of this world — the meat cooked to fall-apart-in-your-mouth perfection, the baguette toasted just right, the dijon ailoi giving it a little kick and crispy onions adding the necessary crisp element (and greens the green element).
