Sweet & Savory Brussel Sprouts with Quinoa

I had the rare occasion tonight of feeling a) relaxed enough and b) having enough free time to make a more legit dinner than usual. I headed to my Food bookmarks folder (it’s whatever) and found this recipe, which looked tasty and easy and healthy to boot.

Nomnomnomnomnom. It turned out quite well. The nutty flavor of the brussel sprouts combined with the sweetness of the red grapes was truly visionary!

I started by sautéing the grapes…

Then the brussels, with a touch of garlic parsley and a sprinkle of water…

Threw it all into a bowl with some cooked quinoa and a shake of sea salt…

Put it on a plate with some grilled salmon drizzled in cholula and called it a day.
